Along with her extensive construction business knowledge, Linda Gardiner has 20 years of experience in office management, human resources, and operations management at her current position with Piedmont Geotechnical Consultants. In her role at Piedmont she wears many hats and does a bit of everything in day-to-day management including overseeing accounting, vehicle fleet, HR, IT, CMT and admin staff. Her official title is “Operations Manager” but she is also known as the office mother, sister, therapist, and nurse.
Linda started her early career at age of 16 with her family’s manufacturing business, a machine tool and die assembly in upstate New York. She has now been working in the construction industry for over 30 years in various sectors such as custom homes, pulp and paper, refrigeration, and engineering.
